There have been (on several occassions) 2 - 3 teenage kids smoking pot out back of Hatfield Village Apartments. We can smell it in our home, and wish there would be more involvement from neighbors to get this to stop.

This is an acceptable problem to report on SeeClickFix. If people are unhappy with neighbors impact on the public space that is something that should be discussed here.

Weeder - obviously you do not have small children and aren't concerned.
T Moleman - what would constitute a SeeClickFix issue? Is it only for pot holes? Craters?? I think the deterioration of our youth is a little more important that a pot hole in the driveway.
