Oh no, this park is very clean. I see to that. And the parks people have been helpful and responsive. But today someone removed a popular barrel (no complaints for that) and left a pile of bagged dog crap behind.

I'm with Joel. Parks folks tend to be responsive. And there are community clean-up days. But there's a subset of folks out there who think nothing of trashing the place.
