marked as duplicate, so when is someone going to do something about it? or at least tell me when something will be done. it has been 31 days since being reported
We acknowledge issues as our Arborist is able to inspect them and assign them to a priority. We can not give estimates when either the inspection or work will occur as many factors including weather can change our workloads without notice. Unfortunately we have over 2,000 open or acknowledged/prioritized issues at this time so it is not unusual to wait months and sometimes even years depending on the nature of the issue reported. Eg dead hallow tree is addressed before trimming for house clearance.
