I know I can report a resident or business that does not follow the city's own ordinance mandating that snow be cleared within 24 hrs after the end of a storm. But how do we report a negligent Public Works Department, which has been MIA on many sidewalks for which only the PWD has responsibility. Bizarrely, the entire "Board"walk that stretches from Bradley Point to Grove Pier was quickly cleared. But stretches of "real" sidewalk, including where people need to do things like walk to a bus stop, walk to the store, etc., entirely ignored by PW. The storm was over by the morning of Dec 30. Beach Street sidewalks were not cleared until sometime on Thursday, January 3.
