There has been a major increase in Dog Poop not being picked up in this area. The Marker is to indicate the Intersection of Modesto and Barstow. But the problem reaches East along Modesto to Desert Sunrise, North to Glendale, West about a block and South over onto the Pedestrian Bridge and then ALL along the sidewalk that meanders thru Nor Este Park.

The Park has at least 5 Dog Waste stations but there is not one near the pedestrian bridge area to the East.

There needs to be increased enforcement, increased signage, more dog waste stations along this very heavy pedestrian area.
