Hi, Robin, my apologies for the difficulties. We will have Keith Bodeker go out and triage the issue with the light this week, and schedule the repair. As for the lack of contact, unfortunately, both individuals that were auto-assigned this task no longer work for the town. I'm trying to fix this issue now.
After trouble shooting this light outage, it has been determined that we need to install new conduit and wire to supply power to it. That installation work has been slated to take place sometime during the week of July 17-21.
My latest request for street light repair was dated 05/16/17. The Town's latest response was dated 07/21/17 indicating that the contractor was to commence the installation the week of 07/21/17.
It is now 08/24/17 and not a single street light has been repaired.
Please advise of the latest delay.
