Description

The attached photos show the disrepair of the retaining wall that is along the public sidewalk parallel to Jackson Street at Village Green Park. I think I remember it was an IDOT project for the Village of Oswego and IDOT’s contractor constructed the retaining wall when they did the other work in that area.

Anyway, is this the Village of Oswego’s jurisdiction and if so would you be able to have the retaining wall repaired ?
