Thank you for contacting UDOT on this issue, however we only maintain state and federal routes. This street and area is handled by Draper City Public works. They can be reached at 801-576-6557.

As mentioned UDOT is unable to be of assistance at this location however many cities contract with Salt Lake County for signal maintenance. They do monitor See Click Fix or you can contact them directly via their website, http://slco.org/operations/services/traffic-signals/
