Thank you for using FayFixIt. A service request has been created to document your missed yard waste. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please continue to leave your waste curbside and we will address this as soon as possible.
As a friendly reminder, waste must be placed curbside prior to 7am and should be at least 4 feet away from all obstructions. Please ensure that any small, loose yard waste (such as leaves and pine straw) are secured inside approved containers. Approved containers include the green or brown City of Fayetteville roll carts, personal cans with sturdy handles, and bags that are 32 gallons. If bags or personal containers are used, they must be lighter than 50 pounds each when full. Environmental Services will collect up to 30 bags each week.
If you have limbs that are too large to fit into a container, place them curbside on the same day as your containerized yard waste. Please allow up to two business days for the limbs to be collected. Pieces must be between 3 and 5 feet long and no more than 6 inches in diameter. We also ask that the size of your pile is less than 20 cubic yards, otherwise there may be a charge for collection.
