It is 9:10 pm on Saturday night, it's 68 degrees out and there is a rain storm happening. There are no services happening at life center ministries right now. The HVAC is doing the high low pitched mechanical groan sound and I can HEAR it in my HOUSE. Can the city find NO way to enforce the city code that clearly states that nuisance noise is to be stopped. It is a health hazard and will ruin what the city calls a the " protected neighborhood"
