Description

I have a small annoying and bewildering issue!
The annoying issue is, there are 2 small piles of dirt/grass on the public sidewalk that have been there since the big snow storm in March. What is bewildering is how the residents ignore this! They mow the grass, put out potted plants but do not take maybe 1-2 minutes to clean the sidewalk!????
