Good news anonymous! This building is going to be torn down.

However,
The grass and shrubbery are currently overgrown and this encourages rodents. Its been a month since the city's last inspection and with all the rain the vegetation is out of control.

Demolition can't start soon enough. Vagrants are now living there.

The new tenant is still in permit stages. Can we please get the lawn and shrubbery cut?
