Description

Homeowners constantly blocks sidewalk right of way with garbage cans, bags of garbage and recycling. Refuses to remove them and screams "get off my property" while we traverse the sidewalk. Correct address is 33 Johnson Ferry. The house with the dog pens and training gear in the front yard. Please educate this homeowner about property rights and citizenship in Sandy Springs.
