Description

This vehicle has been parked in front of my home for 19 days. The vehicle blocks my view of incoming traffic and I was almost hit pulling out. The vehicle has not moved. I have called Tpd non emergency twice with no resolve. The vehicle has no front plate and I would like it towed. May be a stolen vehicle. Please address
