Description
For a couple of weeks now, this resident is allowing another individual to sell car washes in the driveway of the home and on the street for money. There are always cars blocking both sides of First St. S and since it's reclaimed water it looks like he thinks he can use as much as he wants.

"Car washing is not restricted, but the use of an automatic shutoff device is required."
This is if the water is from the Water Department of St. Petersburg.
Reclaimed water (purple pipes) cannot be used for car washing.
Driveway car washing is not the most environmentally sound practice.
Any soap, chemicals, debris flows down the driveway and eventually goes into the storm drains and then into the bay.
I do not know the consequences of running a business like this from a residence.
