Waste container with overflowing trash is once again placed outside in alcove between Apts C and D (been there since Fri AM 5/19). This is the third time this issue is being reported in as many months - and it's getting to be a real NUISANCE! Maybe time for the tenant(s) to be cited, or Avesta Woodlawn Park Apartments?
