Description

With the construction, there is a temporary sign indicating that exit 18b is closed. The problem is that this sign is located after the 18a exit so it's too late for someone to take 18a as an alternate, after learning that 18b is closed.
The 18b closer sign should be placed before the 18a exit so drivers can make an informed decision about taking 18a.
