I'm elderly women with a bad heart condition I have called about noise and drug activity put it continues.nothing is done no tickets are issued ' my whole house vibrates from this noises pollution from 450 elk st, and all the cars stopping and double parking horn blowing from cars trying to drive by car blocking street.
