Description

This person called this office to find out if a person who claimed to be a REAPPRAISAL INSPECTOR left a message on her door stating that he was there to do a property REAPPRAISAL. She wanted to confirm if the person was authorized by JERSEY CITY to perform that function.
She emailed me a copy of the message that was left on her door and after I researched the message it did appear to be legitimate. The REAPPRAISAL INSPECTOR was Inspector #27 which coincided with one of the inspectors that is pictured as being legitimate and authorized to perform the reappraisals for Jersey City.
Inspector #27 is listed as: ALEJANDRO KOHATSU. I emailed a copy of all the pictures and descriptions of the authorized field inspectors that are doing the REAPPRAISALS.
