Front of the property has falling down bamboo type of fence. Garbage bags, empty containers, weeds, and smell of cat urine. Back of property has two unsecured junk cars, weeds and garbage have grown up around the vehicles. Concern of kids getting in the cars and hurting themselves. Owner, David Moser, has refused to address these issues.
