The Live Oak tree at this address does appear to be declining, which could be due to lack of rain fall. Although this tree is close to the roadway, its branches are over the required height of 14'. To qualify for city services a tree in the right-of-way would have to be completely dead or in imminent danger of falling over. This tree doesn't qualify for city services. WRO 5/31/17
