I realize this is likely a GDOT issue but thought I'd post here as well. Attempting to turn left onto I-575 North heading West on Hwy. 20 is very difficult. Traffic often backs up in the turn lane all the way to the previous traffic light, blocking access to the middle lane. Could you make this a flashing yellow arrow instead of red as is utilized at the next traffic signal? I typically sit thru 2 or 3 light changes before I can turn, often when there is no traffic coming in the other direction. Thanks!
