There is an enormous amount of baiting that occurs in the City on a regular basis to control the rodent problem. The City baits its public drain system on a regular schedule. Further, the City has a separate program for baiting private residential property at the request of any homeowner, provided the homeowner signs a Waiver for liability. And, every major construction project, such as Clark Avenue Middle School, the Silver Line Construction, 140 Pearl St. etc. . ., is responsible for its own baiting as a condition of the building permit. As long as you sign a Waiver, our rodent control contractor will come onto your property for an inspection and, if evidence of rodents is determined, will bait your property at the City's expense.
