Spoke with the resident. They have watched people dumping in front of their home, also they know some of these people. I told the resident that they need to contact the police dept when they see this as there are penalties for littering and illegal dumping

I am hoping that a cleaning crew will be assigned to take care of the sidewalk and street. In the meantime, the resident will keep watch for resident dumping trash to report it. Although it is a tough job, since the resident works and is out of the house during the day and there are many families that live in the
buildings right in front.
