ACO issued ticket this morning, failure to obtain dog license.

They continue to have the dog off leash as well and let it roam the neighborhood unsupervised. It pees and poops in my yard and I don't want this unvaccinated dog getting my dogs sick. They also have their kids going door to door selling things, candy, bracelets, etc and say they are raising money for their parents. They even go up to doors with no soliciting signs. They have become a real neighborhood problem.

Please contact animal control when the dog is at large. I issued the 2nd civil infraction today for no license, I have failed to see the dog at large.
