Thanks for your response, Peter! I figured it was the county's jurisdiction. I've been very impressed with the Ramsey County traffic safety responses in the past. I was hoping this would go to them directly. My apologies that it routed through City of Falcon Heights.

Public Works has notified Ramsey County. Hopefully, this will get attention right away.
