It is 3:00 PM on Sunday afternoon. Trying to grill out on my deck and unable to do so because of the loud whining air conditioning units at Life Center Ministries. This is a violation of City Code and is a nuisance. This also violates GA State Law. See: OGCA 41-1-1. We have reported this to Sandy Springs Code Enforcement for over one year. This meets the definition of a nuisance. We, including several other neighbors, have formally demanded that the Church abate this noise. The noise is still occurring. We are pleading with the City to enforce City Code and stop this horrible nuisance.
