This will not be looked at by PWD till Monday. Also PWD will not refer this to OPD. You need to contact OPD non emergency 777-3333 and file a complaint while the crime is happening.

I have all of the numbers and am familiar with the protocol but was hoping that one of the JLID Ambassadors might pick up the message alert the police on the off-chance that they are in the area. There was no crime occurring just the likelihood that one might have taken place if the guy hadn't seen me watching him. On the most recent occasion when I contacted the emergency number because of an illegal entry to our building the perp was gone by the time they came by. The best prevention may be letting potential perps know that they are being observed but that can obviously be risky.
