Limbs from tree on home owners property is hanging dangerously low over Hartranft Avenue & hitting SUV's and trucks as they traverse the street causing damage to personal property. My vehicle has sustained damage to the roof. As such, resident should be required to take action to remediate situation and prevent further damage to vehicles passing Hartranft Avenue.
