Q. Please describe in detail the issue.
A. Tree waste not picked up on tree waste day. Called the next day to report (report #2609078). Told 311 operator the tree was on the side road (Alba) as I'm on a corner lot. File was closed, reason given was tree waste was picked up. Tree waste was NOT picked up. I just returned from out of town and people are now illegally dumping their waste to my pile. Please assist in resolving the issue!
