Been living here for 10+ years. I'm not sure which department deals with telephone poles, so I'm using street lighting as the issue. I noticed the telephone pole started leaning more than usual over the last few weeks, so thought I'd report it - better safe than sorry. Also, sidewalk near base is buckling a bit more. Some devices (with fan?) were hung on the telephone pole about a year ago, which may have exacerbated the issue.

The pole belongs to Verizon, I will send them a copy of your request.
