Last week water SUBCONTRACTORS fed pipe under sidewalk causing it to raise the sidewalk enough to create a damn and redirect water to my building. I have two gutters directed toward street and not they are completely blocked. All I ask is that they break up that part of the sidewalk so as to allow water flow. PREVENTION.
