The streetlights on West Wolcott Ave. are owned and maintained by Eversource Energy. We will check to see if any outages on that street have been reported to them.

We checked with Eversource and did not find any reported streetlight outages on West Wolcott Ave. In order for Eversource to repair streetlights the house number closest to a defective light or a pole number are required. If you have this information you can report it to Eversource directly at 800.286.2000 or to us and we will report it to Eversource for you. However we have found that since Eversource is in the process of upgrading all of their streetlights in Windsor to more efficient LED units they are concentrating on replacing rather than repairing older lights.

There is one light that is completely out in the curve at the side street and there is 5 other lights going towards Longview that are old style that need updating its been over a month they never went back to replace the rest of lights...
