  Also, can someone from the city call the telecom company whose cable that is and have them pull the slack back up to the overhead cables (lashing wire)? Looks ridiculous and is dangerous. Would take someone all of 5 minutes to fix this.

  Also, many time cars so that the front end of the car blocks the pedestrian walkway that is painted, forcing pedestrians into the street. One day someone is going to be hurt by a car on Essex Street.
