This area on the north side of our downtown waterfront pavilion used to be pretty. It wasn't designed to store garbage cans. They are ugly and unsightly. This is not a place to store garbage cans.

We apologize for the length of time it has taken to respond, but thank you for your feedback. We are trying to help make a difference in our environment. The recycling bins are locked to deter people from throwing "trash" in them and they are designated for "recycling only".
