For as long as I can remember the greenbelt in the northeast corner of the Pearl St./Colchester Ave / No. Prospect Street intersection has needed a solution. I think there have been a couple of past efforts at seeding the area for grass -- but given the heavy student foot traffic, those efforts were pretty much doomed to fail. Can DPW come up with some simple brick paving for this area -- or simply expand the sidewalk to the curb. Thanks.
