It's apparent that many of the residents in this area don't care what kind of affect this debri has on the community. Unkept, unsanitary properties, with questionable containers, that aren't suppose to be in residential areas runs rampant. How's this to be monitored? If you leave out of the community for 30 minutes and return there's new debri. This neighbor issue continues to get out of hand. We may need camera surveillamce @ this point. It's time for a town meeting.

You should contact Building Safety & Regulatory Services @ 912-201-4300 they have inspectors that can enforce the rules.

I did call them as soon as you commented the same thing last week, and they said it could take an entire month before anyone from zoning even comes out to see it.
