Thank you for submitting your request to the Howard County Department of Public Works. Our staff will investigate this issue and respond.

Have met with Mr. Augustin and Mr. Vaughn onsite, will be investigating issue and get back to them with my findings in a few weeks.

Will notify supervisor per Ms. Augustin.

Called resident this morning and told her that we would need at least 3 weeks of dry weather before we can get equipment into the site to do the repair work. Once we have some dry weather I will try and schedule the repair work.

Work was completed from access on Friar Tuck Ct. Complaint was never closed.
