If that is your suggested timing, then things are working as designed. I would only add that only 1 time did all traffic from Jett Ferry empty onto Mt. Vernon, and that was because there was no vehicle obstructing flow by waiting to turn left. Perhaps Jett Ferry deserves a few more seconds?
