Description

This pothole first appeared in August 2016 and was repaired at that time. It subsequently re-opened, and I reported it in service requests 17-00239332 and 17-00260216. On May 10, 2016 I was notified that the pothole was repaired. It was not. I subsequently filed another service request and called 311 to follow up. Over two weeks ago I was told that this pothole was due to a utility repair and would be referred for fixing. However, it has yet to be repaired, and the condition at this location is deteriorating.
