Neighbor will not stop feeding pigeons in violation of the Albuquerque Pigeon Nuisance Ordinance and they are collecting on my roof in the early morning/evening. There are between 50 - 100 pigeons. She has received notices from the Environmental Health Scientist of the Urban Biology Division, but continues to feed the pigeons. I realize you are sending letters and I was told she would be cited, but that is not stopping her from feeding the pigeons. Please find a way to make her comply with the ordinance my home and vehicles are showing signs of damage. I am tired of cleaning up after the pigeon droppings as they fly over my house and cars. Please send me evidence that you have cited her for failure to comply with the ordinance.
