I'm posting this at 8 AM Friday; trash was picked up Wednesday morning. Fine is $250 PER DAY. That’s a 2-day violation, so far = $500. Please enforce. (NOTE: This property is a CHRONIC violator.) Owner is OCEAN 70 LLC
