Description

This is not a traffic light but a lit pedestrian sigh on the side of Pacific opposite the ocean. I is near the bus stop.It has been hit and is bent and no longer working. Crossing at this spot is dangerous at best. Motorist speed recklessly through this intersection. Please help. Thank you.
