Not one speed limit sign on Prospect Ave SW, between 6th and 11th SW on the east side of Prospect. Two speed limit signs on Prospect Ave SW between 9th and 11th SW. Neighbors are upset because drivers speed along Prospect SW and children play in and around the street.
