To whom it may concern,
I would like to file a complaint regarding a number of serious public health issues in our neighborhood. The owners/tenants of house 18 Collins Ave have to failed to maintain the cleanliness and to perform maintenance of their backyard pool for several year. The pool is filling with trash and dirty water. Dirty water has even been leaked from the pool into other neighbors's properties.
As a result, there has been a significant increase of mosquitoes and mice from the pool in the past several summers.
As there are newborns and elderly in the area, their healths can be seriously threatened by the diseases carried and spread by the mosquitoes and mice.
It would be greatly appreciated if the department of health can help address this issue.
