The speed limit on River rd needs to be lowered to 35 mph . There was never a problem at that interection . However cars are going way too fast down that residential corridor . What were the police thinking when they raised the speed limit to 40 mph .
It's not even safe to walk across River rd to get the mail . Everyone flys thru there !!! I'm tired of inconsideriet motorists blowing their horns at a resident trying to turn into there driveway while there riding your bumper !!!!
