Signal light does not let traffic headed north/south through inter section frequently enough. Light stays red for entirely too long regardless of traffic,especially during the evening/night hours of operation.Residents trying to leave the neighborhood are forced to turn on to Buckingham and do a u-turn in order to travel west down Buckingham.
