I watched the light go on and off for over a hour sunday morning @ 1-2am. it did not stay on for no more than 15 seconds. I do not know why this has not been handled.

the neighborhood is upper darby not Yeadon the street is right behind cobbs creek parkway where the brigde to philly starts.
