Visited the property this morning. I will be sending out a letter with the Property Maintenance Code.

Spoke with the owner of the home. The City will reach back out to the homeowner within 30 days to see if they have come up with a timeline on when they may be able to replace the siding of the home.

This issue has been resolved.
