This looks like a low spot that needs to be managed. Crossing Main St. a swale would have to be cut through the cemetery were the water surface drains now. Connecting to Douglas would require changing all the storm structures due to the difference in elevations, a very costly solution. Right now if a large amount of water were to fill the triangle, the water would flow on the east side of Main St. north to the storm structure at 460 Main St.
